Jardin des plantes

The Jardin des Plantes is a place steeped in history.

In the 18th century, it was the site of botany courses and was rich in collections.

In the 20th century, its use was diverted to the production of plants for the flowering of Amiens.

Since 2005, the botanical part has been rehabilitated with major efforts on both the collections and the buildings.

Today, the plantations have grown and the garden has thus been able to claim recognition such as the Remarkable Garden label, which was granted in 2013.
